Dave graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in 1992 with a degree in mechanical engineering. Following two application engineering roles at different service companies, Dave was hired in 1997 as the shot peening sales manager for CWST’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin job shop.
Two years later Dave moved into a regional sales manager role for seven shot peening locations. Since that time Dave has worked in laser peening sales and most recently as the Director of North American shot peening sales. Dave also serves as the senior technical expert working with 19 job shop locations to develop shot peening sales.
